Open wide…wider, baby, so everyone can see those filthy issues inside / Tribute to Coco / Crayon and watercolours on Fabriano / 2014
I’ve finally woken up from the crazy experience of Skattie Celebrates Laura Windvogel and you can download the PDF version here or get it free on iTunes here. It’s basically a 60 page retrospective on my work, a few interviews and a whole lot of sex related one-liners.
Glamour SA featured the photographs of Nash Mariah to show you what kind of a party you missed. Check it here.
Thanks for the support and constant reminder that painting genitals and fruits really do bring people together. I’d also like to thank the sponsors, Spier Wines, Bombay Sapphire Gin, BOS Energy and Drambuie Whiskey for making the night even MORE inappropriate!
Now on to the next one: which happens to be a range of summer fabrics and wallpaper. Oh and also a little something very sex…for December.

After the illustrations of Unathi Mkonto, Skattie has chosen me to feature next. Needless to say, I’m a lucky girl. In partnership with Art South Africa, Skattie will also be launching an online magazine featuring works and interviews with me.

Between 10&5, InAwe Stays Accommodation and Nokia South Africa have been kind enough to offer me an artists residency. For the next 2 week’s I’ll be making the studio apartment at InAwe Stays my home, producing work and generally living a bougie lifestyle of my dreams while documenting everything on a new Nokia Lumia 1520.
Apparently no tit pics allowed though.

Lyle and I watching a couple have sex with their curtains open / June 2013 / Olympus XA1
We inadvertently saw a couple having sex with their curtains open. And they didn’t mind a room full of squealing girls watching them. Bro even gave us a thumbs up mid-cunnilingus.
God. I look inappropriately happy.
